Even if it's a big corporate bank the people at the local branch make up for it.

Loc the customer service Lead Banking Teller is awesome! He makes my visits very pleasant, and is the personification of a professional gentleman. He is down to earth and knows me by name. I enjoy doing business with BB&T because they have such a fantastic employee named Loc! My money is in good hands!
