We did not stay at this KOA. All we needed was propane and a dump site. But the owner who we did not know was the owner was the most friendly helpful guy you could ever want to meet. I would recommend anybody that was coming through Sweetwater to stay at this facility. Good job Tim!

My family and I stayed for a few days when we left Florida due to Hurricane Irma. I can't believe how welcoming and hospitable the owners Cathy and Tim were. I think they may be a couple of the kindest people we have met. Campground itself was well kept and kids had a blast on the jump pad and in the pool. But, the owners' giving spirit are what sets it apart. Thank you for making sure our family could be as comfortable as possible in a horrible situation. Next time we're there will be in a much better situation. Oh and the chili dinner for the evacuees you guys had was not only much appreciated but the chili was awesome!!! Ted and Jen

We've been coming here every year from Florida. They recently changed owners, and they are even better than the last ones, and they were great also. The campground is always clean and everyone is friendly and accommodating.
Nice staff. Clean restrooms and showers. Pet friendly. Pull thru sites. Very pleasant stay.
Great place, one of the best koa stop from washington state to north carolina.
We will be back in the summertime.
