My wife actually took my Explorer up for the service, but had nothing but rave reviews regarding the experience. Nobody likes to have to spend money on their car, but Jacky Jones has a unique way of at least making you feel involved. My wife had a single contact person that kept her informed on each and every operation throughout the service. I had new tires, brakes with rotors turned, filters etc. as well as an alignment. The service rep contacted my wife before each step, letting her know the progress. Good job folks! Things like this are exactly why I continue to return to Jacky Jones
