Small gym. Has everything you need for great workout! Very clean.
The staff is the friendliest you'll find anywhere. They are open 24 hours and have all the equipment you'll want or need for whatever your fitness goals are. I recommend Sweetwater Fitness very highly.
Nice staff, nice clean facility, with lots of free weights and weight machines.
If your there for cardio, they offer classes and have several different types of treadmills, oliptical machines, stair stepper, bikes etc.... there is no excuse not to be healthy.
I've worked out at many gyms, some with monthly fees over $100. For the price this is a great value. Not only are the members genuine and pleasant to share the equipment with, but management is always there and willing to answer any questions. The free weights are great and the machines all work great too! It’s very rare to have to wait on any machine. In a time when corporate enterprise seems to be taking over our communities, it’s nice to find a locally owned gym.
