As for Tammy, WE have Cooks Pest Control which is Tennessee’s best in pest control. If someone has bugs we don’t know this until the customer tells us. The bugs that Tammy is referring to is what Tennessee calls stink bugs. These bugs fly all over the place. This was the fall of 2016 and as she was moving in a few flew into her unit. We cannot control where a bug flies when Tammy’s door is open. Sorry for the inconvenience. We would have gladly moved Tammy to a new unit, however she moved out then tells us of what she experienced.
Very nice people who run it. Don't like the idea about not being able to have access to my stuff but only certain hours but great security with cameras and dogs that run at night, but only going to be there a couple of months ago I'll deal with the hours. What sold me was the people who run it. Very nice.

I had this building for 18 days!!! After 15, I went and got some boxes, unpacked them and now I have bugs! No refund or anything. Just a heads up, if you do not want bugs, do not store anything there!!!!! Not only am I out 80.00, I also have to pay to get rid of the bugs I got from that place! I've never had bugs and I'm freaking out. Thanks for the bugs!! Grrrr. I wouldn't even give 1 star but that was my only option! Very upset at how the lady didn't even offer to give a partial refund or anything!!!!
I stored two vehicles, a motorcycle and all my furniture to include a leather couch. I never had a problem when I returned to move it out over a year or so later. Really nice people.
As for Tamara Thompson, We here at Master Key Storage have no recorded of you in our computer so you must be talking about another storage facility. We have been here over 6 years and had no theft problems of any sort. And to those reading this, don’t try you will get bit.
