Absolute crooks. Was told we would receive multiple rebates when dropping Verizon Wireless only received one. Contacted couple times about rebate and given run around, finally just said it wasn't my time to fool with. BIGGEST ISSUE: When discussing insurance was told by manager that US Cellular would replace phone with no deductible. Manager even went to extent to say if the phone was broken in ANY way that it would be replaced no cost. I Was surprised and was reassured by manager when I asked him that there were no deductibles. Fast forward a year and half later, One phone quit working working and contacted US Cellular. Was told the deductible is 175 dollars spoke directly with manager later about issue. Was told he didn't remember conversation and that he has never told anyone in that past that there no deductibles. Stated that if he did tell me there were no deductibles, that all he could say was "sorry". Contacted US Cellular directly and told there was nothing they could do. I will be contacting the BBB about this. Would NOT recommend these people to anyone. Would give 0 stars if able.
Super nice staff and I was quick to be helped. I was in and out before I knew it and I will only go to this location in the future. The manager, Kacie Womble, is fun and amazing to work with. All the staff are intelligent, well-mannered, and welcoming. Every employee there really knows what they are doing! 5/5!!!!
