Staff very pleasant. They handled my dog very gently. Doctor was very easy to talk to.
Although the reason for my visit was heartbreaking, everyone was very kind and considerate from the time I walked in til I was leaving very upset & crying. A staff member walked me to my car and helped me get my fur baby settled before making sure I was ok to drive. A few weeks later I received a very nice card from everyone expressing their condolences. That's 5 star treatment to me.
