They have no idea what they are doing and rely on the computer to tell them about it, Not from thier own knowledge. I'd highly recommend AutoZone or nappa for parts.
It took them three tries to get correct belt. Somehow belts were in wrong box. Musical parts I guess.
I went and got my owners manual out of the car, looked it up and went back into the store. Asked the same man where the fuses were located, he mumbled something about the auto dealer. I ignored that and asked again where the fuses were located in the store. This employee never even came out from behind the counter to help me, just pointed in a general direction. Long story short, I fixed my own problem without a lazy male employee's help. Don't underestimate a determined woman.
Not very helpful not alot of selection on different parts, only one or two brands on parts, if you need a part go to Napa if he don't have it he can get it mostly next day
I believe the man that helped us, was named Jim, well he wasn't very helpful, could not tell us how to change, a headlight light.. So, don't ask Jim for help
Went into Advance Auto Parts in Sweetwater, TN looking for a fuse for my car (Volkswagen) The guy behind the counter suggested I "take my car to a dealer for the fuse change." Ridiculous.
