Might be located in a small town, but these people are awesome and treat you like family. From the lady in the office to the Technicians, they are good at what they do. My vehicle service was taken care off in a matter of minutes and I was out of there. Good people that do good work, thanks guys!

My husband and I were heading to the Rod Run in Pigeon Forge when our 1975 Corvette started to overheat. I called (after I googled for mechanics close in proximity....and seeing the yellow corvette on his website was comforting) Joe's Automotive Repair and told them we were sitting on the side of the road nearby and could we come to their shop when our car cooled down to have them check it out. While the shop had planned to close early that day, they told us to come when we could. When we arrived, Joe immediately realized we needed a new thermostat and replaced the thermostat quickly and quite reasonably I might add and got us back on the road. Thanks to Joe and his team we made it to the Rod Run and had a great weekend!!
I actually haven't received mechanical service yet, my appointment is a couple days away, but just the several minutes I spent on the phone telegraphed how the service will be. (Along with all the beaming reviews) I can't wait to get my car serviced. And I'm no just saying that because the master cylinder is out and I have little to no breaking power.
