I went into this pharmacy for the first time a couple of weeks ago. There were about 3 ladies standing in the back behind the pharmacy counter. I entered and smiled at them in the back, waiting for someone to greet me, but that did not happen. They all just stared at me, so I approached them with a question. As I got closer to them, they all just continued to stand there. No smiles, no greeting. I had to wait for a while for an answer to my question. The older lady, in particular, was very rude and unfriendly. Although, I had come in to fill a prescription. I turned and walked out. What a way to run a business!! I went down the street to Little Drugs and was greeted, smiled at, and got my prescription filled. I would advise to deal with pharmacies that you trust and treat you with respect. In other words, not Archer's.
They have almost everything a person needs. Very- very helpful.
I've been dealing with Lauren & my experience has been great. She's friendly, knowledgeable & has gone out of her way to get me everything I've needed. The ladies, as well as the two gentlemen, one in the store & the other the delivery person, have all been gracious & helpful. Thank you all for making a difficult time a little easier. L. Ellsmore
