Very friendly took a little while to get back but after everything went well defently we would go back
This place is great, when we got there, no one was there, could not understand, why we had to wait, so long to be called back. other than that, the staff was wonderful. The nurse that was there was so friendly, the man that saw us, was nice. I would recommend this place,
Saw the PA Friday 12/1. Got a steroid shot. My Rx wasn't covered by my insurance. $84. Did not get it. Called first thing Monday morning 12/4...asked for Rx that is covered... meanwhile coughed all weekend long, ears aching. No return call. Called back at lunch. Nothing. Called third time 6:30 pm on way home from work. Kenzie sends message to the receptionist "the shot from Friday hasn't had time to work yet" . Ok, I'm an accountant..... four days later and the shot not working? Come on. Then says well you can call back TOMORROW to talk to the P.A. you saw on Friday. So it's 7 pm Monday night... sitting here waiting for someone to pay attention to me. After this is over, I will not be back, nor recommend Sweetwater fast pace clinic. Only hope the other fast pace clinics operate with more integrity and concern for their patients.
Our Son prefers to go here rather than the ER. The Staff are good, wait time is nil compared to the ER, and it is a shorter distance for us. Bottom line is that they are better than the ER.
